Packed Quiche

Ham and Cheese Quiche



Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 8 oz bottle Vanilla *Supplement
1 cup light, shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped, cooked ham
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
One pre-made pie crust



Instructions
Preheat over to 350° F. In a medium sized bowl, whip the eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow time to cool; serve warm.

Addition: May also be made in muffin tins or mini-muffin tins for added flair.
